[bug 1.12.1] shift right clicking on storage monitor while holding a shield does not work.

Issue description:

If you want to setup the item of the storage monitor and you shift right click while holding a shield it won't open the GUI, if you do it without the shield it works just fine.

What happens:

Gui doesn't open

What you expected to happen:

Open the GUI

Steps to reproduce:

  1. equip minecraft shield
  2. shift+right click on storage monitor
  3. profit?
    ...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.12.1
  • Forge: 14.22.0.2444
  • Refined Storage: 1.5.16

Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]
not sure playing single player atm.

trying to replicate it again after a restart... now it doesn't happens and works just fine =/
