Solderers resetting progress when adding items to the input slots

Issue description:

What happens:

Inserting items to the input slots in a solderer resets the current operation progress. Happens both from the GUI and when piping items in. Does not happen when taking stuff out of the output slot.

What you expected to happen:

Progress should not reset if an operation is in progress and you add more materials.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Put 1 silicon in solderer
  2. Wait for a few seconds
  3. Add another silicon
  4. Note that progress on the first piece of silicon has reset

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.12.1
  • Forge: 14.22.0.2467
  • Refined Storage: 1.5.17

Does this issue occur on a server? Only tested in SP
