When an item with damage from IC2 is put into the storage system, it can't be extracted again. I tested this with a fully charged Nano Bodysuit and i was able to place it into the storage and extract it. Then I placed one with some of the EU drained and I can't remove it again. Along with that, would there be a way to also allow the system to use EU to run the controller?

This is on the FTB Unstable 1.10 version 4.1.1
