Issue description: Disk Drive and Disk Manipulator turn to pitch black blocks in 1.12.2

What happens: When placing blocks around the Drive and Manipulator turn to pitch black blocks. I'll enclose a screenshot to show you exactly what I'm referring to.

What you expected to happen:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get Disk Drive and Disk Manipulator block and place them.
2. Surround the mentioned block with others
   3.Proof they turn almost completely black to the point you can not see if they're powered or not.
