Referencing Disk Drives not showing content in grid after moving

Issue description: Related to #1480 and #821 (I wanted to expand on their issues to help shine some light and possibly get to the bottom of them). When someone takes their disks out of the drive when moving their system, re-inserting them and accessing the grid shows absolutely nothing although the drives say they have data when you mouseover and look into the drive. I have found a way to reproduce... and possibly the thing they did that caused this issue.
What happens: Disk contents do not display in Grid or Crafting Grid.
What you expected to happen: The contents to be displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Put items into a disk,
- Breakdown RS system and rebuild
- NOTE The way I could reproduce this issue was to switch in and out of creative... hold the disks in your inventory, type /gamemode 1 then /gamemode 0, put the disks back into the drive and the grid will show nothing.

I did the exact same thing. I also went into creative and held the disks in my inventory, I think that is what corrupted them, as it's the only thing that seems to stay the same when looking across the issues that are still occurring.
If you run a server with multiple players, there’s going to be times when you need to switch to creative.
