Cables & Plugs act as full blocks (i.e. you can place torches on the side of them etc.)

It is possible to place torches and similar non-full blocks as well as snow to fall on cables, importers etc. As someone not too familiar with coding just yet, I'd assume they are being handled as full block in the game.

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.0.2512
  • Refined Storage: 1.5.20

Occurs on server, though I would not expect a difference in occurence between SP and MP.
