Issue description:

When filter tabs are visible the grid chooses the wrong item when trying to view recipes or uses in JEI.
Applies to both grid and crafting grid.
This is independent of GUI scale and the setting of the new Size button in the grid.

It's a relatively minor issue but I've come to love the tabs feature!

What happens:

It seems to pick the item from the row beneath the one you intend. This also means it is impossible to get recipe/uses for items in the top row.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a crafting grid with at least two full rows of items
2. Hover over an item in the first row and press R
3. Note that JEI shows the recipe for the correct item
4. Set up a filter to create a tab (e.g. a mod filter for refined storage), but do not switch to it
5. Hover over an item in the first row again and press R
6. Note that now JEI shows the recipe for the item in the second row
7. Hover over an item in the second row and press R
8. Note that nothing happens
9. Remove the filter tab and the problem goes away
