Issue description: Issue with Smooth Lighting and Disk Drive/Manipulator textures (same problem AE2 has)

What happens: Whenever Smooth Lighting is on, the Disk Drives and Manipulators take on an incredibly dark color that is far contrasted with the rest of RS blocks

What you expected to happen: That they would be the color they're meant to be (gray, not pitch black)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place multiple Disk Drives and Disk Manipulators on top of each other with blocks on either side

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 1.12.2-forge1.12.2-14.23.0.2512
• Refined Storage: 1.5.21
