Issue description: RS Crafter crashing when putting/removing pattern for inferium mystical ag essence

What happens: I crafted a pattern for the 2nd tier to expand into 4 of the 1st tier (prudentium to inferium) and it crashes when I put it into the crafter

What you expected to happen: It doesn't crash and it works as it has in the past

Steps to reproduce:

1. using pattern grid, search JEI for recipe to inferium. Find recipe for the 2nd tier essence, prudentium, to make 4 of the 1st tier inferium
2. make a pattern
3. Put pattern in crafting grid
4. Crash

I can't actually remove the pattern as it crashes when I try to remove it. I have to break the crafter to get the pattern and I cleared it out and remade it just in case and tried a different crafter on the network and still it crashed, giving the same error in the crash log (pastebin above).

EDIT: Perhaps it is because I have a recipe to go from 4 inferium essence and an infusion crystal gives prudentium (tier1 to tier2) and then I have another recipe to go back down from prudentium to inferium (tier2 to tier1) which is just 1 prudentium turns into 4 inferium. I have done this in past 1.10 packs with older versions of RS (SF3, DW20) but it seems to cause an issue now.
