Installed version 1.5.29 now game won't load, just crashes.

Testing version 1.5.29 !!!Still loads with version 1.5.28!!!
What happens: Game enters building terrain then crashes.
What you expected to happen: Game to load
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install version 1.5.29
2.Load game saved with version 1.5.28 and many items in use.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.1.2581
- Refined Storage: 1.5.29
Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no] no, just a personal test game set to survival.
