Issue description: I placed an Exporter on a trash can in "all the mods 3" and gave it a list of items to export.

What happens:The Exporter started removing all of my items and dumping them into the trash.

What you expected to happen: I only expected it to export the listed items.

Steps to reproduce: Place a trash can from extra utilities. Attach an exporter between the trash can and your network. give the exporter items to eject from your storage network. (external storage bus connected to storage drawer controller)

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.1.2570
• Refined Storage: 1.5.28

That is not possible, the exporter does not have any code that can export all items. You might've turned on "oredict" comparison by accident.
