Issue description:Energy drainage

What happens:I have a heat collector, from actually additions, and my controller is using only 67 RS/t, it was working very well but for some reason now it drainage all the energy like its consuming 10k RS/t i tried making another set up changing locations and even changing generators but the controller is consuming everything, even a creative block, why?
