Issue description:

You can duplicate armor plating from simply jetpack.

What happens:

When you remove the plating from your jetpack you get 2 armor plating.

What you expected to happen:

You are only suppose to get one in return.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Craft a jetpack from simply jetpack and put an armor plating upgrade on it
2. Put that armored jetpack in the crafting grid to separate it
3. And you get the jetpack + 2 armor plating
   ... repeat and you get a bunch of useless armor plating

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 2617
• Refined Storage: 1.5.31

Does this issue occur on a server? yes (allthemods3)

Sorry forgot to say, that the bug only appear with refined storage.
