So since I ported my world from 1.9.4 to 1.10.2, I've noticed that my External Storage stops working whenever I reload the world. I have 2 on my network, both of which are hooked up to Storage Drawers' Drawer Controllers.

Stranger yet, when this happens, I also have some items leak in from the drawers into my Disk Drives - for example, even though the external storage has higher priority, I'll have a few pieces of redstone still appear in my network even though it should be in a drawer, and the drawer's contents are not showing.

Let me know if you need a video, pictures, logs, etc.. I didn't think Logs would help, but I can do whatever you need if it helps!
