Issue description: when leaving your Rs system too long it will shut off and requires you to place the controller again

What happens: your rs will die and replaceing the controler is needed

What you expected to happen: your rs will stay running

Steps to reproduce:

1. make rs system
   2.leave far and come back
   3.rs will "shut off"
   ...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft:1.10.2
• Forge: twitch...
• Refined Storage: 1.2.26
