Issue description:

FPS drops from 60 down to almost nothing when adding or removing from the RS system window

What happens:

When I add or remove items from my system the game lags

What you expected to happen:

The system to behave normally and fps to mantain close to 60

Steps to reproduce:

1.Add and remove items from system

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.2.2632 (Latest on curse)
• Refined Storage: 1.5.32

Does this issue occur on a server? This is a single player world
