Issue description:

By the looks of it, it seems that some block has failed to get registered as a cover for the thermal ducts, but I'm not entirely sure, so correct me if I'm wrong.

What happens:

Game crashes on stratup

What you expected to happen:

for it to run

Steps to reproduce:

1. install TD and refined storage and run game (there might be some other mod causing this too but idk)
2. game crashes

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 2657
• Refined Storage: 1.5.32
• thermal dynamics: 2.3.11.7

This is a forge issue indeed.

also to add, I originally reported this to thermal dynamic's page and they said this:

"Please report this to RefinedStorage, their ItemBlock is imploding when we call getSubItems."

Seems to be caused by Forge 2657, as 2654 is starting correctly
