Issue description:

Involves network receiver, network transmitter, chunk loaders, and the dimensional upgrade.

What happens:

Server crashes

What you expected to happen:

Cross dimension wireless grid connection

Steps to reproduce:

1 . Place down a wireless transmitter and receiver to storage system with a wireless grid setup
2. Go to the nether and place down a wireless transmitter and receiver
3. Link the two together (vice versa on the different worlds)
4. Chunk loaders in both
5. Crash
...
