Reader / Writer does not work if used trough a Network Receiver.

Issue description:
It's impossible to use this kind of setup, the reader works, but the writer, even if shift right cliking shows that it got the data, doesn't send it out.
What happens:
The reader / writer does not work trough a wireless network in diferents dimensions. However, it works on the main network part (near the controller).
What you expected to happen:
I expect it to work while used trough a wireless network, and even trough dimensions.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install a controller + network transmitter in the nether. Chunkload it
- Link it to a Network receiver placed in the overwold
- Try to use Reader / writer in the overworld, using the network receiver as a source.
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.4.2707
- Refined Storage: 1.5.34
Does this issue occur on a server? It occur on both.
Others infos
Playing on a custom modpack, on a multplayer server using Sponge, in a Bungee Proxy setup. (Setting up a public server). I chunkload chunks using FTB utilities.
I tried redstone, FE (Thermal fluxducts and Galcticraft aluminium wires), fluids and items.
It works flawlessly while using in the same dimension.
I'm now tring the latest source from github, in case it already got fixed.
