Causes massive server lag

What happens:

Lags the server

What you expected to happen:

To not lag the server

Steps to reproduce:

1. have RS installed and use it

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: forge13.23.4.2705
• Refined Storage: refinedstorage-1.5.33
