[RS 1.6, 1.12.2] Covers interaction with JEI item hide mode

Issue description:

Its not an issue, its only a little request.

What happens:

Is it possible, that you can add or chance anything from the covers, so that JEI item hide mode don't hide ALL Covers, only at least 1 from every kind is still visible. :)

I tried a lot with JEI and crafttweaker/modtweaker, but I don't have the knowledge about it to make it correct.
I hope you know, what I mean. (Thermal Dynamics has this feature, there is only the stone cover visible and all other covers are hidden.)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install JEI
  2. enable Item hide mode
  3. click on the covers
  4. disable hide mode and add something with crafttweaker to see, that it doesn't work. :D

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Minecraft: 1.12.2
Forge: 2739
Refined Storage: 1.6
