Issue description:

RS fluid recipe crafting blocks when input tanks fill up and doesn't resume.

What happens:

The Thermal Expansion igneous extruder machine has two input tanks of 4 buckets.

If I create a processing pattern of 1B lava + 1B water -> 1 Obsidian and attempt to craft more than 4 blocks, RS crafting sends the first 4 buckets of each fluid, then locks up and doesn't resume. The crafter manager shows the processing job as "Machine doesn't accept input"

What you expected to happen:

I expected the crafter to push more buckets of fluids as the job progressed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create fluid pattern 1B water + 1B lava -> 1 obsidian. Place in crafter on TE igneous extruder.
2. Craft 10 obsidian.
3. Watch 4 crafts happen and RS freeze that job
4. Cancel job, retry, observe that 4 more can be crafted each time.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14,23,4,2760
• Refined Storage: 1.6.4 (Public server with no admin access, Foolcraft 3)
