Currently, a Security Manager will lock out any player who doesn't have permissions given with a Security Card, and there isn't a way for a player to edit that.

The suggestion is to allow a player to use a blank Security Card to set the permissions for any player who doesn't have their own Security Card.

It may also be a good idea to allow players to set Security Cards to other players by somehow clicking on that player (use case being locking an uncooperative player out of your system).
