Issue description:

On our modded Tekkit-like server using SpongeForge, when player destroys Disk Drive containing Storage Disks, they'll disappear for no reason. But, when I was trying that (as a OP), Disks fell off normally.

What happens:

For normal players, Disks disappear when breaking Disk Drive.

What you expected to happen:

Obviously, they should have drop.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login on a SpongeForge server.
2. Place Disk Drive, insert Disk, and break Drive.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge: 12.18.3.2511
• Refined Storage: 1.2.26
• SpongeForge: 5.2.0-BETA-2793

Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]

PS: I think it's rather a question, as I suppose it could be caused by permissions or something like that.

1.10.2 is unsupported, for a long time already.

What a nice support... I hoped that you could at least tell me what causes the bug.
