Issue description:

Auto crafting covers with the pattern not having oredict checked results in it crafting a new cutting tool each time. But setting OreDict in pattern results in an invalid pattern.

What happens:

I assume the reason why oredict can't be used to save on cutting tools is the nature of the cover item that can be made from almost any block including all oredict kinds of stone. But not having that option result in cutting tool effectively being a single use item when it comes to autocrafting.

What you expected to happen:

I guess the simplest solution would be to make cutting tool not take any damage?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try to make a pattern for stone covers that can use any damage level cutting tool.
2. fail :)

Intended. Autocrafting doesn't handle damageable tools and covers aren't intended for autocrafting
