Fluid Interface doesn't accept "automatically-transferred" fluid buckets into the input slot (even with Exporters, ESDs, Transfer Pipes [with Transfer Nodes or Retrieval Nodes], and Hoppers)

(I think the issue description and the title can be the same here.)
What happens: When transferring a fluid bucket (like Milk Bucket) using one of the "transfer methods" in the title to a Fluid Interface, it doesn't export the Bucket to the Input slot of the Fluid Interace.
What you expected to happen: Instead of not exporting the Bucket to the Input slot, I thought it would export the Bucket to the Input slot.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a Hopper (or use any of the transfer methods I've said in the title) connected to the Fluid Interface.
- Place Fluid Buckets in the Hopper so that it will export it to the Fluid Interface.
- It doesn't.
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.5.2768
- Refined Storage: 1.6.8
