Issue description:

even when the External Storage is disabled according to the redstone settings,
any following changes to the attached storage are show on the network

What happens:

after disabling ExStore and adding items to the attached inventory,
the added items are show on the network

What you expected to happen:

for the added items not to show up

Steps to reproduce:

• attach ExStore to chest, make it redstone sensitive
• disable ExStore with redstone or lack there of
• add item(s) to chest
• storage network shows added items, but items can not be used
