Issue description:

RS does not support GTCE energy.

What happens:

RS cant use GTCE energy.

What you expected to happen:

Expected the controller to gain energy from GTCE energy buffer.

Steps to reproduce:

1.GTCE battery buffer into GTCE cable.
2. Try to connect cable to RS controller.
3. Cry?
