Issue description:

Extended tooltips do not show when pressing shift.

What happens:

Stays on brief tooltip instead or get stuck on extended.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create RS system
2. Insert item with extended tooltips (thermal expansion augments have them)
3. Press shift to while hovering over the item
