Issue description: When in any Crafting Grid, hotkey for InventoryTweaks "move all of one item from Inventory" (LShift+LCtrl+left click) does not work.

What happens: Nothing

What you expected to happen: All instances of clicked item in my inventory should have been transferred to Refined Storage system

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Crafting Grid with multiple number of an item in inventory (oak planks, for e.g.)
2. Holding LShift and LCtrl, left click on any of item in player's inventory.
