Portable Grid doesn't save its enchantments when placed on the world

Hello,

Issue description:

Portable Grid enchanted with Soulbound III, for example, lost his enchantment if placed in the world (sneak right click) and re-taken.

What happens:

The enchantment is lost.

What you expected to happen:

The portable grid should memorize its enchatments and restore them when retrieved from the world.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Craft a Portable Grid.
  2. Enchant it with Soulbound.
  3. Place in the world.
  4. Retrieve it with a pickaxe.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 2823
  • Refined Storage: 1.6.14
