Issue description:

The Interface of the External Storage fills up but won't put any items into the QS or extract

What happens:

I have a QS filled with Iron, like 1280 Iron Ingots.. Attached the External Storage to it, melted some Iron to check it fills the QS but nope, only the Interface of the External Storage says me it's filled up like 666% so i don't know what i did wrong ?
It's Insert & Extract also the Priority is higher then any Storage Disk Drive
Also Tried to find something in the Configs but couldn't find anything

What you expected to happen:

Normaly that the Iron i melted goes into the QS

Steps to reproduce:

1. You Need ATM 3 Remix Modpack, Add QuantumStorage
2. Place a QS fill it with some stacks of 1 Item
3. add a External Storage and set the Priority higher
4. Put the Item you placed in the QS in your RF-system

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2815
• Refined Storage: 1.6.12
• QS: 1.12-4.6.8

EDIT:
Updated RefinedStorage, and i have no clue where the issue was..
Also i had to specify the item that the External Storage will Insert/extract via whitelist.. Kinda weird '-'
But now it works (little bit annoying for every QS to setup Item+Priority+Whitelist) Maybe you could make it that the External Storage will recognize which item is in there and won't try to push any other item in it, but it's not necessary it works o/
