Fluid Support - Storage Monitor

Issue description: STorage monitor is unable to show fluid storage.
What happens: Nothing
What you expected to happen: Ability to see fluid levels on a storage monitor. Either an option on the left to switch between fluids/items or maybe a new 'fluid storage monitor'.
Steps to reproduce:
- Try to put fluid in storage monitor.

- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.5.2836
- Refined Storage: 1.6.14

Hello, I'm playing FTB Sky Adventures (v1.5.0 with minecraft v 1.12.2) with Refined Storage (1.6.12). Do I understand correctly that I don't have this feature in my version?
