Issue description: when importing a item lets say 64 cobblestone and log out then back it, it multiplies. I have no idea if its the drives or just the ui bugged because before it showed all drives had the memory on it making every single drive have a copy of what I had.

What happens: it multiplies based on how many drives you have. if you have 5 rack fulls of drives, it will multiply by 40 because that's how many disk you can have in a rack.

What you expected to happen: when logging out and in nothing should change

Steps to reproduce:

1. have a full system
2. add all the drives you want
3. place a or multiple of a item
4. log out then back in
5. check your system and now its multiplied (you can take out the amount you put in)

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2779
• Refined Storage: 1.6.12
