Issue description:

When using refined storage to autocraft large amounts of iron ore to iron ingots we decided to do ti simple, and go with the "Advanced Smeltery Factory" (ASF) from mekanism. When we had 4 speed upgrades in the crafter that was attached to the ASF, tps in the game would easily drop to around 4/5.

What happens:

This causes large amounts of tps lag, making the game unplayable.

What you expected to happen:

For items to be placed in the ASF without causing the game to run at 1/5th speed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a refined storage system with large amounts of iron ore in.
2. Setup an autocraft for iron ore, and place in a crafter attached to the ASF from mekanism
3. Place 4 speed upgrades in the crafter, along with 7 upgrades in the ASF
4. ????
5. Wait for game to drop to 1/5th speed
   ...

Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no] only seen on a LAN world.
