Issue description:

The internal storage for autocrafting items with (Processing) Patterns and Crafters vanisches if the Network Controller gets removed

Steps to reproduce:

1. setup autocrafting and start the crafting process
2. check the internal storage (Crafting Monitor) and check that the items are no longer in the "visible" network
3. remove the network's Controller and re-add it
4. check the internal storage (Crafting Monitor) and check the "visible" network; the items from the internal storage are neither in the internal storage nor in the normal "visible" network storage

• Refined Storage: 1.6.15
