Issue description:

When using an OreDict or non-OreDict recipe for Mystical Agriculture's higher tier essences multiple copies of a re-usable ingredient are required.

What happens:

Create a pattern for Supremium Essence (tier 5) and the patterns for the previous tiers using a Master Infusion Crystal. Attempt to craft the Supremium Essence, get notified that you are missing 1 (or more depending on crafting quantity requested) Master Infusion Crystals.
Using OreDict will tell you you're missing however many Infusion Crystals are required for the number of total builds.

What you expected to happen:

Each crafting step uses the same non-consumable Master Infusion Crystal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a pattern for each essence tier, non-oredict, using a Master Infusion Crystal.
2. Attempt to craft a Supremium Essence.
3. Get notified that one or more Master Infusion Crystals are missing.

I know that this issue has been presented elsewhere, in previous threads there was an indicator that ctrl-shift crafting would bypass this problem, this does not appear to be the case any longer. With enough infusion crystals in inventory I can craft one essence at a time, less painful than doing it manually, but still rather tedious and problematic for any sort of pattern requiring more than one essence at a time.
