Issue description:

When using an importer/exporter you can duplicate items by using inventory tweaks reborn's sorting button.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place an importer/exporter
2. Place an item in the filter
3. Click the inv tweaks sort button in the upgrade slot
4. The item from the filter gets moved to the upgrade slot and becomes an actual item

• Minecraft: 1.15.2
• Forge: 31.1.46
• Refined Storage: 1.8.1
