Issue description: All items occasionally vanish from the system. Often fixable by removing controller and all network receivers/transmitters.

What happens:No idea what causes it, thought it was when placing receivers without chunkload, but it keeps happening without placing new network receivers.

What you expected to happen:I would have items in my system

1.Creat refined system
2.add items
3.lose items
4. cannot determine trigger
...
