[1.15.2] crafting monitor crash while viewing crafting recipes that make use of crafting cards

Issue description: crafting card items being used while crafting something using those cards causes a server crash
What happens: have crafting cards auto refill an inventory from an interface. While autocrafying using something from that inventory and watching the craft process in a crafting monitor will cause server to crash.
What you expected to happen: no crash

- Minecraft: 1.15.2
- Forge: not sure, will update later
- Refined Storage: 1.8.3
