[1.15.2] Render thread/ERROR spam in console log when opening any grid

Issue description:

getting error messages spam in console/log.
tested with no other mods installed on a fresh MultiMC instance w/ recommended Forge.

What happens:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a setup from wiki's "Getting Started"
  2. access Grid

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.15.2
  • Forge: v31.2.0/v31.2.5
  • Refined Storage: 1.8.4

Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]
single player.

Not sure what this is, I can't reproduce this.
