Issue description:

The Disks aren't regestering in the disk drive and they also aren't showing up on the block itself.

What happens:

What you expected to happen:

Them to show up.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Place down controller
2.Add disk drive
3.Add disks
...

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft:1.12.2

• Forge:14.23.5.2854

• Refined Storage: 1.6.16
  (The pinkness is just a resourcepack but would be nice if it was an actual feature)
  Does this issue occur on a server? [yes/no]

EDIT: I am using 64K storage drives, two of mine were empty so I swaped them out with cheats. these new ones seem to work. The last one however doesn't register in the disk manipulator either so I have no way to transfer items to a newer disk
