Issue description:

When I linked my network between the moon from galacticraft and the overworld all worked fine until i closed my world and rejoined.

What happens:

The reciever won't link until I go back to my base on earth, remove and put back the network card.(My base is chunkloaded with ftb utilities and The moon is chunkloaded by me or my friend when I go back to earth)

What you expected to happen:

My network linking as soon as i join the world

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create a network on the overworld, put a wireless transmitter and chunkload it.
2.Go on the galacticraft moon and set up a receiver(idk if it's relevant that the reciever is placed on the moon)
3.Link the wireless reciever and transmitter
4. Close your world and rejoin.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

I tried claiming the moon too and it doesn't unlink.
It's odd because i was acting like a chunkloader.
I guess there's a difference
