Z fighting on stock count at the Storage Monitor

Wenever you have an item displayed on the Storage Monitor, the number of the stock keeps flickering with the background. This could be fixed by moving the count texture sligtly foward.
What happens: flickering
What you expected to happen: not flickering
Steps to reproduce:
- Craft Storage Monitor;
- Display an item.
Versions:
- Minecraft: 1.16.3
- Forge: 1.16.3 - forge - 34.1.24
- Refined Storage: 1.9.8
This issue occurs on Servers and single player mode.
