Having to reconnect my external storage everytime i reload my game

Issue description: External storage doesnt recognize drawers when i load up the world
What happens: Everytime i login in to my game i dont see my items stored in my storage drawers, so i have to reconnect my external storage everytime i load in the world.
What you expected to happen: I expect to see all my stored items from the drawers to show up in the system
Steps to reproduce:
- have a system hooked up to storage drawers with a external storage and drawer controller
- fill it with items
- reload the game

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.16.4
- Forge: forge-35.1.13
- Refined Storage: 1.9.9
