Fluid Grid Doesn't Update Properly When Attached to Multiblock Tank

Issue description:
Fluid grid doesn't update Mb count when Mekanism dynamic tanks change contents when attached to Refined Storage External Fluid Storage.
Works fine with single block tanks.
What happens:
Fluid Grid only updates multiblock tank connections when you update a fluid storage bus connected single block tank's fluid amount.
What you expected to happen:
Fluid Grid to update properly with both multiblock and single block tanks.
Steps to reproduce:
- Setup Multiblock tank Dynamic Tanks + Dynamic Valves
- Attach Storage Bus in Fluid Mode
- Attach Fluid Grid
- Change fluid amounts in tank and view Fluid Grid
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.16.4
- Forge: 35.1.13
- Refined Storage: 1.9.9
