Issue description: Unable to edit fluids in pattern

What happens: I'm unable to edit fluid quantity in pattern grid, it always goes back to 1B.

What you expected to happen: I should be able to edit fluid quantity to whatever i input.

Steps to reproduce:

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.16.4
• Forge: forge-1.16.4-35.1.36
• Refined Storage: refinedstorage-1.9.11

Only output fluids.
