Storage blocks and disks with invalid utilization values

I just transferred the contents of my RS system to another one (please create that IO Port device!) and when everything is done, and nothing more is visible in the grid, I have a single disk showing 1/4000 and two 4k storage blocks are showing a utilization of -2!

These can't be cleared and the parts recycled.

If fixing those numbers is non-trivial, perhaps you could add a mechanic to force-erase via a crafting grid (such as EnderIO offers).

Steps to reproduce:

I expect this may be hard to reproduce.

  1. Have an RS system loaded with stuff
  2. Transfer out everything with a combination of exporter and manual
    3.

On an unrelated note, OSHA would like a word with you about the electrical isolation of your products. It's simply not up to code!

We had two workplace incidents today where workers assigned to transferring the contents of the system tried to use an Import/Export pair. After that resulted in the destruction of half the work area, another bright spark thought to use an External Storage unit as a buffer.
