Slow grid "boot" times

Issue description:
Using Redstone on a controller to turn on and off the Rs system results in a grid that takes a few seconds to turn on. If durring that few seconds the player opens the grids inventory, the player will not be able to add or remove items from the grid when the grid turns on. You will have to leave the grid and reopen the GUI in order to add or remove items.
What happens:
Items in grid become unable to be interacted with.
What you expected to happen:
Once the grid is powered items should be able to be added or removed regardless of when the player opened the gui.
Steps to reproduce
- Set controller to Redstone mod On and put a lever on it
- flip the lever and open the grid while the grid is still gray
- Wait for the grid to populate with items
- Try to add or remove items
- leave the grid and reopen it
- Remove and add items as mormal

Yes Unable to load pack in Sp. May be related to latency due to the size of the pack.
Pack is Valhalsia 3 v 3.1.4a
how big is the RS system ? when you switch the controller off you are basically breaking the connection to every crafter, importer, export and ext storage on the system when you turn it back on it has to search along all the cables and find them all again and in the case of storage will need to rebuild a grid list
The problem is not that it takes time to load the grid and its items. The problem is that you are unable to interact with them until you reopen the grid.
