Issue description:

A crafter with speed upgrades installed can duplicate up to 1 stack of speed upgrades and if left inside of crafter during game shutdown and restart will void all contents of the crafter.

What happens:

Sorting a crafter (middle mouse button) will duplicate into the first slot of the crafter the number of speed upgrades that are installed inside the crafter voiding whatever pattern was in the first slot.
If the game restarts with speed upgrades inside of the pattern slots of a crafter, all items inside of the crafter are voided.
This function carries over to Extra Storage crafters as well.

What you expected to happen:

The patterns are sorted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place between 1-4 speed upgrades inside of crafter.
2. Click middle mouse button to sort contents in order to generate the same number of installed speed upgrades.
3. Remove the speed upgrades that are in a pattern slot if you don't want to void all crafter contents on game startup.
4. Close world with speed upgrades inside of a pattern slot.
5. Open world to find the crafter contains no patterns or speed upgrades (even in the upgrade slots).

Does this issue occur on a server? Have not checked outside of single player
